Breakthrough recommendations:
1 star: Unlock a lot of upgrade features such as microchips and awakening. Also would guarantee to inflict Isolated & Sealed mark, which is pretty much his main gimmick.
4 stars: Will add more damaging capability, and since he won't deal damage from his Main Skill unless after the protected ally is attacked, you need to make sure each time he counterattacks, he deals as much damage as possible.
5 Stars: Will complete his kit as a counterattacker unit.
6 Stars: Give him full Damage Increase and Damage Reduction boost from the breakthrough stats upgrade and also Kernel. Also giving him the ability to inflict Isolated & Sealed marks that last for 2 rounds.

Override Effect: After releasing this skill, aside from the designated ally, Goddramon X will also receives Strong Arm Protection for himself, lasting for 1 turn.
Removes all abnormal statuses on himself, then grant a designated ally with Strong Arm Protection, causing them to take damage not exceeding 40% of their Maximum HP in a single hit, then enter Divine Stance lasting for 1 turn. When Divine Stance disappears, ally's Strong Arm Protection is removed.
When the ally who is protected with Strong Arm Protection is being attacked with active attack:
If it is a single target attack, use the power of Amon of Red Flame, with 50% fixed chance, inflict an Isolated mark to the attacker, lasting for 1 turn. Afterward, deals 600% damage to the attacker.
If it is an AOE attack, use the power of Umon of Blue Thunder, with 50% fixed chance, inflict a Sealed mark to the attacker, lasting for 1 turn. Afterward, deals 280% damage to the attacker.
( Strong Arm Protection: The possessor of this beneficial halo will take damage not more than 40% of his Maximum HP in a single hit.)
( Divine Stance: Immune to all Action Prohibition and Action Restriction control status. The possessor also receives Damage Increase +40% and Status Resistance +50% halo buffs.)

When Goddramon X is in Divine Stance, he is immune to all Action Prohibition and Action Restrictions control status. He will also receives Damage Increase +40% and Status Resistance +50% halo buffs for himself.
At the start of the battle, if Goddramon X has more than 20,000 Status Resistance, he will use God Flame skill on himself. When Goddramon X does not have Divine Stance, he will have 75% chance to counterattack after receiving a hit.
When Goddramon X receives a Fatal Hit, use the power of Umon of Blue Thunder to gain Invincibility buff, lasting for 1 turn, then immediately use the power of Amon of Red Flame to deal 600% damage to the target, and receives a Recovery Effect for himself equivalent to 50% of the damage he dealt. (This effect can only trigger once per battle, and dying from damage-related Abnormal Status will only trigger Invincibility)
X-Antibody Attribute: Goddramon X is immune to Confused status.

After Goddramon X is being revived, he will not regain the ability to gain Invincibility and counterattack from his Passive Skill.
With Damage Increase Toughness build, the longer the battle, the more Damage Increase buff you will get, hence it might be better to put more effort on survivability compared to damaging capability. If you're using 4 sets of that plugin, each round you will get 2 layers of Fierce Fighting which would provide 6% Damage Increase. It would take 5 rounds to get a maximum of 30% Damage Increase buff.
