Matrix

In this game, few mechanics can increase the power of all Digimon by providing a certain number of stats. One of the most significant mechanics is the Matrix, which is basically a collection of Digimon that you unlock. With new updates, the Matrix now also includes breakthrough disks that enhance the stats of specific Attribute and Elements.

Collection of Digimon in the Matrix

After unlocking a Digimon, you can choose them in the matrix based on their Attribute or Element; if you do, that will boost stats to that specific Attribute or Element.

It's important to note that the higher the Aptitude level of a Digimon, the greater the stat boost it will provide. For instance, an APT25 Digimon will give more stats to a specific Attribute or Element than an APT18 Digimon of the same Attribute or Element.

Breakthrough Disks in the Matrix

In the Matrix system of Digimon, a new feature known as the Breakthrough Disk has been added. Its function is quite similar to the overall stats improvement feature of the Matrix collection. After you obtain one copy of a Digimon, you can trade its soul stones for Breakthrough Disks at Datamon. These disks can then be used to enhance the Matrix of that particular Digimon, improving its attribute and element global stats (that means for every Digimon of that type and element). You can continue to level up the breakthrough matrix of that Digimon till level 10, but it will require more Breakthrough Disks for every level.
