Attacks a single target, dealing 120% damage, then deals an additional true damage equal to 100% of the original damage.

This recommendation only offers the basic look to how you could set this unit up, but don't be so rigid, try out your own unique build, it surely would fit your team better.
Override Effect: the triggered weather becomes Heat Wave, and BloomLordmon can perform another action after this skill is released.
After triggering the Poison Mist weather, attacks all enemies, dealing 260% damage, then deals 3 additional hits to the main target, each for 180% damage. Detonate 1 stack of Poison for all enemies and adds 2 stacks of 【Primordial Seed】 to all enemy.
Poison Mist: Increases damage dealt by all DoT effects by 50%.
Poisoned: A type of damage-related abnormal status that will deal continuous damage over time. Before taking action every round, the target will receive damage equivalent to 4% of its Maximum HP and not exceeding 40% of the inflictor's ATK stats. This effect can be stacked up to 10 layers.
At the end of BloomLordmon’s turn, enemies with 【Primordial Seed】 at 10 stacks take true damage equal to 100% of BloomLordmon’s ATK, and their 【Primordial Seed】 evolves into 【Seed Belt】 for 2 turns. A target with 【Seed Belt】 loses 50% of its max HP at the start of its own turn (Doesn't work in PvE), and its Status Resistance will be reduced by 50%, Crit Resistance -100%, Toughness -150%, and it will no longer be able to obtain 【Primordial Seed】.
Heat Wave: After any Digimon acts, all enemies gain +1 stack of 【Primordial Seed】.
Poison Mist: Each stack of Poison on an enemy reduces its DEF by 5%.
Rain: All allies’ healing received +50%; after an ally acts, they restore HP equal to 25% of their missing HP, Wood-element allies restore 50%.
Heat Wave: Attacks ignore 40% of the target’s Defense, this applies for both sides.
Poison Mist: Increases damage dealt by all DoT effects by 50%.
Rain: Before action, dispels 2 buffs and cleanse 2 debuffs.
While BloomLordmon is alive, before any Digimon’s turn starts, enemies without 【Primordial Seed】 gain 1 stack (max 10). Each stack reduces the target’s resistence to Poison by 5% and makes its Poison irremovable.
Whenever a weather effect is triggered, BloomLordmon dispels 1 negative mark and 1 debuff from all allies, and converts 2 random buffs on enemies into 2 stacks of Poison, the buff conversion will prioritize Status Immunity.
Each distinct weather that is casted, excluding Overcast, grants BloomLordmon 1 stack of 【Resonance of All Things】, up to 7 stacks. Each stack grants Defense +30% and Damage Reduction +10%, and stacks are retained if BloomLordmon is defeated. At 7 stacks, BloomLordmon’s Main skill changes to Crit-capable true damage based on its Attack.
BloomLordmon is immune to Silence.
