Considered as Mega but only obtainable via Jogress. Each Sovereign Beast will require 3 types of Devas, 3 copies from each Deva (Total 9 copies of Devas). For Shakamon, you will require 4 different Ultimates, 3 copies each (Total 12 copies), who are the characters of the Journey To The West lore. You also will need a Jogress Tube and Soulstone, which is only obtainable via the time-limited Jogress Mega Banner.
