When you actively inflict abnormal status to the enemy, gain a Shield equivalent to 𝑦% of your Maximum HP, with a limit of once per turn.

When any of our ally's buffs are being dispelled by the enemy, the dispelled target will have 𝑥% chance to gain 𝑦 random buff, ranging from ATK, DEF, Crit Rate, Crit Damage, Crit Resist, Toughness, which will last for 2 turns.
After entering battle, when allies attack with a Single Target skills, have 100% chance to inflict DEF -𝑥% lasting for 2 turns. This tech's effect lasts for 2 turns and will ignore 25% of the target's Status Resistance.
