At the first round’s start, applies [Glass Slipper] to the first enemy in the action order for 2 turns. Targets with [Glass Slipper] deal 60% less final damage to Cendrillmon. If the target with the [Glass Slipper] does not attack Cendrillmon, inflict [Permafrost Mark] to them with 100% fixed chance at their turn’s end for 2 turns.
At the start of Cendrillmon turn, consumes all Rising Tide stacks to restore AP, every 2 layers of Rising Tide consumed will restore 1 AP.
Cendrillmon is immune to Frozen.
